Very upfront and open with their communications. I had Christopher Beck and can say it was a pleasure to have him install our vanity and rework the restroom sink plumbing. Will be my go to spot going forward.

I called Beehive Plumbing to replace our water heater around 10:30 am…and was told they could have someone come out later that day. It was only a couple of hours later that Chris K was in our home looking at what needed to be done. By 5:30 pm he and Merlin had removed the old heater and installed a new one. They were very professional, knew what needed to be done and actually did additional work that should have been done at that time the old water heater was installed. I would recommend Beehive Plumbing to anyone who wants the job done right, on time and leaving the area they worked actually cleaner than it was when they got there.

Can't review the work of any plumber, but I can definitely review their ability to manage appointment scheduling. Absolutely ridiculous. While I'd be disappointed to learn the company cannot provide a plumber in my time of need, I would respect the integrity and honesty of a company to say as much. Instead, I was given an arrival window on Saturday night from 7-9p. Why would you offer this if no chance someone is coming? When I called them on this, they said... we'll see if we can get a hold of the technician... as if it's his fault he's overbooked. forty-five minutes later I did get a call back to tell me they couldn't come Saturday night. This was well over two and half hours from initial call. What a joke. They did offer another appointment Sunday morning-- I thought, well, I guess I'd at least get a visit at start of shift since they offered a window of 8:30-10:30a. But, if you can only imagine, nothing from company and no technician during that window! Shocker (sarcasm). Once again disappointment. Why WHY!??! would you schedule a customer and then not hold to it?!? Twice in a row is a full out for me in this case and I will never consider using Beehive Plumbing again. I know most of these companies are this way and the same, but I refuse to be treated this way. They would be better off saying they couldn't come so I would have an honest interaction.

We had a water heater fail in our Layton, Utah home. Based on a recommendation from a co-worker we called Beehive Plumbing. The technician who came to our house was polite, knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. Ultimately, the new tank was installed and modifications to our furnace room were made to bring our house up to code. Based on how well service calls were communicated, the friendliness of the technicians and the excellent outcome, we will be using Beehive Plumbing in the future, and will highly recommend them to our friends and family.

When my water heater started leaking unexpectedly, I called them around 4 PM because my parents had a great experience with their service. They didn’t disappoint! They were at my house within a few hours, and I had hot water again that same night. Warren was my technician, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly nice, made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly explained what he was doing and the options available to me. Highly recommend their prompt and professional service!

My sink started backing up with this terrible grey water that smelled like sewage at around 10am. I called immediately and asked for emergency assistance in fear of this disgusting water overflowing and flooding our apartment. They called back and scheduled an appointment between 6-9pm. At 9:30pm when they still hadn’t shown up or called, I called them to see what was happening. After 10 minutes on the phone getting nowhere, they said they would call the technician and call me right back with the information. 11pm rolls around and still nothing. Now I’m stuck trying to do damage control and frantically find a plumber that will actually help me save my apartment. 0/5 stars would be my rating if possible.

Josh and Ty were a great team! I asked them to assist in troubleshooting what could have been a major repair and a big nightmare for this home owner. It ended up being a very minor fix that they were able to repair within minutes. My day was made by these guys! Thank you so much for the great service and answering my millions of my questions on the spot.
